Ackowledgements * * For all events under $5,000 in food/labor cost, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Remaining balance is due no less than 14 days prior to your event date. * For all events above $5,000 in food/labor cost, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your event date. * Please note we may be communicating with other clients about your same catering date. We cannot confirm your catering request until a deposit is made. * All meat and seafood is at market price (MP) which will be finalized two weeks prior to your event date. * Should direct food costs increase more than 20% within 30 days of your event date, you will be notified and charged for the food cost difference and/or be presented with alternative menu item options. We appreciate your understanding as price increases are beyond our control. * Depending on the size and requirements of your event, we may need to add additional support staff. This will be outlined pending a further review of your event details. * Please note that a 20% Service Fee is added to all catering invoices to help cover operational costs such as kitchen equipment and utilities. While this Service Fee is not a gratuity, and a gratuity is not required, it is always greatly appreciated. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE to the above terms and conditions.
